Our Staff Members

Dr. David Plummer

Co-Founder

Dr. Plummer currently serves as the Vice-President of Information Services, Planning, Performance & Strategic Initiatives at South Texas College and has over 19 years of higher education experience. He is the executive officer overseeing all information services and operations, including information technology and security, educational technology, library services, centers for learning excellence, institutional research, strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and accreditation. In previous higher education roles, he served as Dean of Administrative Services, Chief Project Officer and as Director over workforce training. In addition to higher education, Dr. Plummer served for over 20 years in the military as an Infantry Officer including a tour of duty in Afghanistan and worked as a Senior Business Analyst in a corporate environment.

Diana Berger

Co-Founder

Diana Berger currently serves as the Operations Manager for South/West Texas for Netsync Network Solutions.  Diana has over 30 years of experience in the Technology field including serving as a Director of Technology for multiple school districts and in technology sales and management mostly for public sector customers. Diana was named a 2017 South Texas College “Technology Woman of the Year” and she has been on the STC Information Technology Advisory Committee since the college’s inception.  Diana earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and her Masters of Education in Educational Technology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
